Claim Information

If the supplied strain has a problem, please us send e-mail at (isales@kribb.re.kr).
(The KCTC usually supplies reliable biological resources. If the supplied strain has a problem(broken ampoules, polluted samples, or inactivated culture, please inform us within 60 days.)

A claim will not be accepted if a strain fails to grow due to a user’s error (pollution by a user’s mistake, errors in the choice of medium or other environment conditions). If the strain is found to be normal by KCTC’s inspection, the claim will not be accepted. In such a case, please request a strain distribution again
