** 추가조치 사항 : 1. Dissolve all the ingredients in water up to NaHCO_3.
2. Insert a gassing stone and sparge medium with N2:CO_2 (80%:20%) while stirring for 30-60 min to remove dissolve oxygen.
3. Adjust to pH 7.2.
4. After degassing add cysteine and dissolve completely.
5. Dispense medium into anaerobe tubes or serum vials under N2:CO_2 and seal with butyl rubber septa.
6. After dispensing medium secure septa with aluminum crimp seals and autoclave for 20 minutes under fast exhaust (gravity). Bottles should be placed in a tray filled with approximately 1cm water to minimize risk of cracking glass during autoclaving.
Note: Precipitates will form during autoclaving, but may be re-dissolved by shaking the medium agter it has cooled to absorb the CO_2 from the headspace, which will reduce the pH back to 7.2
