Agar solid medium of GYS contained 2% agar.
In order to prevent the hydrolysis of agar and glucose by autoclaving at low pH condition, Solution A and B are autoclaved separately and combined before solidified(50-60℃)
Adjust pH WITH 1N H_2_SO_4_(pH4.5)
