** 추가조치 사항 : Medium is dispensed by 10 ml to 17 ml Hungate tubes or 60 ml flasks sealed with rubber stopper and aluminum cap.
Sterilization by autoclaving at 1 atm for 30 min.
Pyruvate or malate, or acetate, or succinate, or butirate is added as substrate from sterile stock solution prior inoculation to final concentration of 10 mM for aerobic and anaerobic media.
For anaerobic medium 10 mM nitrate used as an acceptor. H2 ? as an inorganic substrate
