** memo : Add Difco Marine Broth and resazurin to the water, bring to the boil, cool to room temperature while gassing with N_2_ + CO_2_ (80% + 20%) gas mixture. Dispense the medium in anaerobic tubes under same gas and autoclave. Complete the medium by adding bicarbonate, glucose, cysteine and sulfide from sterile stock solutions prepared under N2 (except the bicarbonate which should be equilibrated with N_2_ + CO_2_ gas). pH of the completed medium is around 6.6.
