** memo : Prepare medium anaerobically under 100% CO_2_. Prior to autoclaving in closed tubes or
bottles, flush medium with CO_2_ for 20 min and adjust pH to 7.0.
Sterilize separate solutions of gelatine (3g/100 ml) and sodium sulfide (0.5g/10 ml) by
autoclaving under N_2_. Add the required volumes to complete the medium before use.
For KCTC 5673 : Use 5g/l of glucose as the substrate replacing gelatine.
