Adjust the PH between 6.0 and 6.5 with sterile HCl or NaOH after autoclaving.
2g/l glucose is used as a growth substrate and added separately.
Yeast extract is obligatory for growth and at least 50mg/l YE must be added to the final solution befor inoculation.
