NaHCO₃(10g) was dissolved in distilled water(100ml) in 250ml screw capped bottle and bubbled with CO₂ for 5 minutes and the bottle was closed tightly under CO₂ atmosphere and autoclaved for 15 minutes at 15 lbs and used for media preparation.
