| Autoclave at 121℃, 25mins. Cool to 55℃ using a water bath. Pour contents of Flask B to Flask A. Add the following: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Stir well using a magnetic stirrer. Pour 25ml agar mixture to plates. Air dry plates at room temperature. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
