| Mix components, distribute the medium into culture vessels (e.g., 10 ml in Balch-type tubes), seal with butyl rubber stoppers and autoclave. After autoclaving, aseptically add per liter the following solutions (filter-sterilized): | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
