Adjust Solution A to pH 9.0.

Solution B:

Distilled water	1.0	L
Sterilize A and B separately. Mix and dispense aseptically. Final pH will be 8.5 +/- 0.2. For solid medium, add 1.5% agar.

Adjust pH to 6.0 with KOH.
