** memo : Dissolve ingredients (except reducing agents and carbonates), boil medium for 3 min., then cool to
room temperature under N_2_ gas atmosphere and add solid carbonates. Adjust pH to 9.8, dispense under
same gas atmosphere in culture vessels and autoclave. Before inoculation, add cysteine and sulfide
from sterile, anaerobic stock solutions prepared under N_2_.
