| Dissolve ingredients (except vitamins, glucose and sulfide), bring medium to the boil, then cool to room temperature under 100% N2 gas atmosphere. Dispense under same gas atmosphere in culture vessels and autoclave. Add glucose, vitamins (sterilized by filtration) and sulfide from sterile anoxic stock solutions prepared under N2.
