** memo : Dissolve ingredients (except yeast extract and sodium acetate) and adjust the pH to 7.0-7.2. Prepare medium anaerobically under 80% N_2_ and 20% CO_2_ gas mixture. After autoclaving, add yeast extract and acetate from sterile stock solutions prepared under N_2_ atmosphere. Sodium nitrate can be substituted by feffic citrate (20mM)
