** memo : Dissolve ingredients (except urea and thioglycolate), boil medium for 1 min., then cool to room temperature under 80% N_2_ and 20% CO_2_ gas mixture.
Add thioglycolate, dispense the medium under same gas atmosphere in culture vessels and autoclave.
After autoclaving add urea from a 10% (w/v) stock solution sterilized by filtration and stored under N_2_. Adjust pH of completed medium to 7.4.
